Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
Opening Ceremony: 17:00-18:35, Main Hall, International Convention Center, Kyoto
We have the honor to have an attendance of the Emperor and Empress at the Opening Ceremony of the 14th International Congress of Endocrinology.
For security reasons, we expect those who attend the Opening Ceremony for kind cooperation toward the following:
The doors close at 16:30. Please complete your registration before that time, and enter the Main Hall and be seated. Some attractions will entertain you until the Ceremony starts.
Luggage should be left in the Cloak
Please present your photo ID at the Security Check
NO exiting from the hall will be allowed until the Ceremony ends at 18:35
